Start with the resource guide
Check the installation and troubleshooting sections for the resource you are using. Follow the filenames and configuration keys for your downloaded release.

What to include
- The resource name and the version you downloaded.
- Your framework, inventory, and target system, with their versions.
- The exact error text from the server console or F8 console.
- What you expected, what happened, and the steps to reproduce it.
- Any recent configuration changes that may be relevant.
Remove tokens, passwords, database connection strings, and player information from logs before sharing them. For purchase questions, use the purchase channel; avoid posting payment details publicly.
Common starting points
The resource does not start
Check its requirements and startup order, then read the first error in the server console. Use the resource's actual folder name in server.cfg.
A configuration example does not match my download
Match the documentation to your release. Some examples demonstrate optional fields or alternatives; replace placeholders and choose the appropriate variant before using them.
Framework or inventory compatibility
Use the compatibility section for the specific resource. Support for one LuckyScripts product does not imply the same support in every other product.
